(क) यᳰद एजᱶसी या बोडᭅ के समᭃ ᳞ावसाियक सद᭭य के िवᱨ कोई िशकायत या अनशुासना᭜मक कारᭅवाई लंिबत हो या (ख) ᳞ावसाियक सद᭭य को संिहता के अंतगᭅत ᮧᳰᮓया मᱶ संक᭨प ᳞वसायी, समापक या अशोधन ᭠यासी के ᱨप मᱶ िनयुᲦ ᳰकया गया हो और अ᭠य ᳰदवाला ᳞वसायी कᳱ िनयुिᲦ ऐसी ᮧᳰᮓया मᱶ हािनकारक हो सकती ह।ै ᳞ावसाियक सद᭭यता स ेिन᭬कासन
