1. (i) इन िविनयमᲂ को भारतीय वन सेवा (संवगᭅ पद-सं᭎ या का िनयतन) तृतीय संशोधन िविनयमावली, 2017 कहा जाएगा।

(ii) ये िविनयम सरकारी राजपᮢ मᱶ इनके ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख से ᮧस᳸कल हᲂगे।

G.S.R. 205(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Service Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of Rule 4 of Indian Forest Service (Cadre) Rules, 1966, the Central Government in consultation with the Government of Manipur hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, namely :—

1. (i) These regulations shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Third Amendment Regulations, 2017.

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. 1. (1) इन िनयमᲂ को भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) तृतीय संशोधन िनयम, 2017 कहा जाएगा ।

(2) ये िनयम शास कᳱय राजपᮢ मᱶ इनके ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख को ᮧस᳸कल हᲂगे ।

1. (i) These rules shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Third Amendment Rules, 2017.

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette

2. In the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2016:-
