1. (1) इन शिशनयम को भारतीय िन सेिा (संिगि पि संख् या का शनयतन) वििें संिोिन शिशनयम, 2017 कहा जाएगा।
(2) य ेशिशनयम िासकीय राजपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीि से प्रिृत ह गे ।

178. 792(अ) 12.08.2016 185. 1002 (अ) 08.08.2017 MINISTRY OF PERSONNEL, PUBLIC GRIEVANCE, AND PENSIONS (Department of Personnel and Training) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 18th August, 2017 G.S.R. 1035(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Service Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of Rule 4 of Indian Forest Service (Cadre) Rules, 1966, the Central Government in consultation with the Government of Sikkim hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, namely:—
1. (i) These regulations shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Sixth Amendment Regulations, 2017.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. 2. Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests Level 15 in the Pay Matrix
