1. (i) इन िविनयमᲂ को भारतीय वन सेवा (संवगᭅ पद सं या का िनयतन) ततृीय संशोधन िविनयमावली, 2016 कहा जाएगा।
(ii) ये िविनयम शासकᳱय राजपᮢ मᱶ इनके ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख को ᮧवृत हᲂगे ।

1. (i) These regulations shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Third Amendment Regulations, 2016.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. (ii) ये िनयम सरकारी राजपᮢ मᱶ उनके ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख से ᮧवृ᭜ त हᲂग।े
2. भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) िनयमावली, 2016 मᱶ :- (क) अनुसूची-II मᱶ रा᭔ य सरकारᲂ के अंतगᭅत भारतीय वन सेवा के वᳯर᭬ ठ वेतनमान से ऊपर के वेतन वाले पदᲂ मᱶ, तािलका मᱶ ᮧथम कॉलम मे आने वाली िᮢ पुरा ᮧिवि᳥ के िलए और दसूरे कॉलम मᱶ तदनᱨुपी ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ को िन᭥ निलिखत से ᮧित᭭ थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा, अथाᭅत् :- “िᮢ पुरा
