PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSIONS (Department of Personnel and Training) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th December, 2017 G.S.R. 1586(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Service Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of Rule 4 of Indian Forest Service (Cadre) Rules, 1966, the Central Government in consultation with the Government of West Bengal hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, namely :-
1. (i) These regulations shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Ninth Amendment Regulations, 2017.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
