और जब[क, सू; म, लघु और म= यम उ�यम मं@ालय क. संE या का.आ. 2952(अ) �दनांक 21 नब� बर, 2014 मH भारत सरकार क. एक अ)धसूचना �वारा कH 9 सरकार ने पुन: Uी एल. हौ[कप, नदेशक को संपदा अ)धकार� के hप मH 31 माचV, 2015 तक क. अव)ध के �लए नयु3 त कर �दया;
और जब[क, संपदा अ)धकार� ने कQ तूरबा सेवा मं�दर 8 यास, राजपुरा और सभी j यि3त, जो पfे पर द� गई भू�म या उसके [कसी भाग के दखल मH हो सकते हk, को नदेश देत ेहुए उ3 त आदेश के /काशन क. तार�ख के प8 9ह �दन के भीतर उ3 त प_रसर खाल� करने तथा बकाया [कराये 10,220.67 लाख lपये क. T तय4 का भुगतान करने के �लए सरकार� Q थान (अ/ा)धकृत अ)धभो)गय4 क. बेदखल�) अ)ध नयम, 1971 के अधीन तार�ख 12 माचV, 2015 को एक आदेश पा_रत [कया गया था;
और जब[क, कQ तरूबा सेवा मं�दर सेवा 8 यास ने संपदा अ)धकार� �वारा पा_रत तार�ख 12 माचV, 2015 के आदेश को अपाQ त करने के �लए िजला और स@ 8 यायालय, प�टयाला के समT एक अपील फाइल कर द� है;
और जब[क, सू; म, लघु और म=यम उ�यम मं@ालय क. संE या का.आ. 1876(अ) �दनांक 10 जुलाई, 2015 मH भारत सरकार क. एक अ)धसूचना �वारा कH 9 सरकार ने Uी एल. हौ[कप, नदेशक को 30 �सत� बर, 2015 तक पुन:
नयु3 त कर �दया;
और जब[क, कH 9 सरकार केएसएमट� �वारा दायर क. गई अपील पर लड़ने के �लए और बेदखल� क. /[Mया को पूरा करने के �लए एक संपदा अ)धकार� को नयु3 त करना आवb यक समझती है;

S.O. 2679(E).—Whereas, by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises number S.O. 14(E), dated the 30th December, 2013, published in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 2nd January, 2014, the Central Government appointed Shri L. Haokip, Director, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as the Estate Officer for a period of three months with effect from the date of publication of the said notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the leased land within the local limits of Rajpura-140401 in the State of Punjab under section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 ( 40 of 1971), hereinafter referred to as the said Act, for the purpose of eviction of unauthorised occupant, namely, Kasturba Seva Mandir Trust (KSMT);
And whereas, by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises number S.O. 2952 (E), dated the 21st November, 2014, the Central Government further appointed Shri L. Haokip, Director, as the Estate Officer for a period upto 31st March, 2015;
And whereas, the Estate Officer passed an order dated 12th March, 2015 under section 3 of the said Act, directing the KSMT, Rajpura and all persons in occupation of the leased land or any part thereof, to vacate the premises within fifteen days of the date of publication of the said order and to pay or deposit arrears of rent and damages amounting to rupees 10,220.67 lacs within fifteen days of the date of publication of the said order;
And whereas, the KSMT has filed an appeal before the District and Session Court, Patiala to set aside the said order dated 12th March, 2015 passed by the Estate Officer;
And whereas, by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises number S.O. 1876(E), dated the 10th July, 2015, the Central Government further appointed Shri L. Haokip, Director, as the Estate Officer for a period upto 30th September, 2015;
And whereas, the Central Government considers it necessary to appoint an Estate Officer to contest the appeal filed by the KSMT and to complete the eviction process.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants ) Act, 1971, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri L. Haokip, Director, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as the Estate Officer with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette for the purpose of contesting the appeal filed by the KSMT against the said order of the Estate Officer dated 12th March, 2015 till the disposal of the case and to complete the eviction process.
