(1) This Ordinance may be called the Inchek Tyres Limited and National Rubber Manufacturers Limited (Nationalisation) Ordinance, 1984,

(jf> "prescribed" means prescribed by rules -made under this Ordinance:
(g) "specified date". In lelation to any provision of this Ordinance, means such date as the Cent'al Government may, by notification, specify for the purposes of that provision, and different dates may be specified for "drfffeefl! orovfsioiis of this Oidiivance;
