Section 1: Short title and commencement

Indian Bank (Employees’) Pensions Regulations, 1995Central Regulations · 1980

(1) These regulations may be called Indian Bank (Employees’) Pension Regulations, 1995.

(2) Save as otherwise expressly provided in these regulations, these regulations shall be deemed to have come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
