Section 50: Form of certificate.

The Indian Christian Marriage Act, 1872Central Act · Act 15 of 1872

The certificate to be issued by the Marriage Registrar under the provisions of section 41 shall be in the form contained in the Second Schedule to this Act annexed or to the like effect,

and the State Government shall furnish to every Marriage Registrar a sufficient number of forms of certificate.
