When the Vice-chancellor is satisfied that i i is not expedient to hold such an enquiry, he may take a decision based on the available facts and circumstances and thai his decision shall be final S. CHAPTER XIV EXAMINATIONS ISECTION 30 (g)| I Examinations o f the University other than the doctorate examinations, shall be open to regular students, ie candidates who have undergone a regular course of study in the University or in a college or institution admitted to the privileges of the University lor a period specified for that course of study.
