Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Indian Naval Armament Act, 1923Central Act · Act 7 of 1923

(1) This Act may be called the Indian Naval Armament Act, 1923.

[(2) It extends to the whole of India except [the territories which, immediately before the 1st November, 1956, were comprised in Part B States].]

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette appoint.
