Section 56: Penalty for wilful failure to comply with orders of Dispute Resolution Committee.

The Indian Ports Act 2025Central Act · Act 27 of 2025

Any person who wilfully fails to comply with any order of the Dispute Resolution Committee against which no appeal has been preferred, shall be liable to a penalty which may extend to one lakh rupees, and in addition, penalty which may extend to one thousand rupees for every day during which such default continues.
