The Indian Red Cross Society (Amendment) Ordinance, 1992.Ordinance · 1992

(i) This Ordinance may be called the Indian Red Cross Society (Amendment) Ordinance, 1992.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

Short title and commencement.

2. After section 4 of the Indian Red Cross Society Act, 1920 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), the following sections shall be inserted, namely: — "4A. The President of India shall be the President of the Society (hereinafter referred to as the President).
