Section 24: Registration in the Indian veterinary practitioners register.

The Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984Central Act · Act 52 of 1984

The Secretary of the Council may, on receipt of the report of registration of a person in a State veterinary register or on an application made in such form and in such manner, as may be provided by regulations, by any such person, enter his name in the Indian veterinary practitioners register:

Provided that the Secretary is satisfied that the person concerned possesses a recognised veterinary qualification.
