The Industrial Disputes (Appellate Tribunal) (Withdrawal of Assam Modification Orders) Act, 1958State Act of Assam · Act 20 of 1958

The decision of the Appell ate Tr ibun al of India as referred to in Section 2 shall come into imm ediate effect unmodified as soon as the State Govern ment withdraw s the Notif ication referr ed to in the same Section.
