Section 71: Notice of Lock-out

The Industrial Disputes (Punjab) Rules, 1958State Rules of Punjab · 1947

The notice of lock-out to be given by an employer carrying on a public utility service shall be Form M.

14[The notice shall be displayed conspicuously by the employer on a notice board at the main entrance to the establishment and in the Managers office]
