In case of an order from a competent court in Indta for blocking of any informabOn or part thereof generated, transmitted received stcred or hosted in a computer resourc* the Designated Officer shall, immediately on receipt of certified copy of the court order, submit it to trie Secretary, Department of Information Technology and initiate action as directed by the.court
