1. (1) इन जवजनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम भारतीय दिवाला और िोधन अक्षमता बोडड (कमडचारी सेवा) (संिोधन) जवजनयम, 2022 ि ै।
(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त िोंग े।

(i) वेतन मैठरक्स के स्ट्तर 14 (144200- 218200 रु.) में जनयजमत पि धारण दकए हुए िैं; या
(ii) जिन्िोंने वेतन मैठरक्स के स्ट्तर 13 (123100-215900 रु.) में जनयजमत आधार पर जनयुजि के पश्चात् उस गे्रड में छि वषड की सेवा कर ली ि ै। (क)आय:ु चालीस से पचपन वषड के बीच । (ख) ऐसे अजधकारी, जिनके पास अजधकारी काडर में कम से कम बीस वषड का अनुभव ि,ै जिसमें से कम से कम पन्रि वषड का अनुभव जवजध, जवत्त, अथडिास्त्र, लेखाकरण या प्रिासन के क्षेत्र में िोना चाजिए । वांछनीय िजैक्षक अिडता: दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या संस्ट्थान से जवजध या जवत्त या अथडिास्त्र या लेखाकरण में जविेषज्ञता सजित कारबार प्रिासन में मास्ट्टर जडग्री या दिवाला या िोधन अक्षमता मुद्दों के ज्ञान सजित जवजध या जवत्त या अथडिास्त्र या लेखाकरण में स्नातकोत्तर जडग्री जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत/चयन सजमजत (प्रोन्नजत/ चयन के सबंधं में जवचार करन ेके जलए) जिसमें जनम्नजलजखत िोंग:े-

2. प्रजतजनयजुि ठटप्पण: (क) पोषक प्रवगड के ऐसे जवभागीय अजधकारी, िो प्रोन्नजत की सीधी पंजि में िै, प्रजतजनयजुि पर जनयुजि के जलए जवचार दकए िाने के पात्र निीं िोंग े। इसी प्रकार, प्रजतजनयुि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए जवचार दकए िाने के पात्र निीं िोंग े। (ख) प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध, जिसके अंतगडत केन्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगिन या जवभाग में इस जनयुजि स े िीक पूवड धाठरत दकसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पि पर प्रजतजनयजुि की अवजध भी ि,ै साधारणतया तीन वषड से अजधक निीं िोगी । इसे अगले िो वषों के जलए बढ़ाया िा सकेगा और प्रजतजनयुजि की अजधकतम अवजध कार्मडक और प्रजिक्षण जवभाग के दििाजनििेों के अनुसार िोगी ।
3. सीधी भती वाले पिों को भरने के जलए जलजखत परीक्षा का संचालन, सम्यक् प्रदक्रया का अनुसरण करने के पश्चात् दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त या प्रख्यात और अनुभवी व्यावसाजयक एिेंसी को जनयोजित करके दकया िाएगा ।
4. प्रोन्नजत के जलए पयाडप्त संख्या में आंतठरक अभ्यथी उपलकध न िोने की ििा में, अगले उच्चतर ग्रेड या पि पर प्रोन्नजत के जलए न्यूनतम पात्रता स,ेवा बोडड द्वारा छि मास से अनजधक अवजध के जलए जिजथल की िा सकेगी ।
5. अनुसूची में जवजनर्िडष्ट ऊपरी आयु सीमा का अवधारण करने के जलए जनणाडयक तारीख जवज्ञापन में उपिर्िडत तारीख िोगी ।
6. अनुसूजचत िाजत, अनुसूजचत िनिाजत, अन्य जपछडे वगों, भूतपूवड सैजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगड के अभ्यर्थडयों के जलए प्रिान दकए िाने के जलए अपेजक्षत आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में जिजथलता और अन्य ठरयायतें केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आििेों या दििाजनििेों के जनबंधनानुसार लाग ूिोंगी ।

8. प्रत्येक अभ्यथी के जलए, प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा या प्रोन्नजत द्वारा जनयुजियों की ििा के जसवाय, अपनी जचदकत्सीय उपयुिता के संबंध में बोडड का समाधान करने के जलए दकसी सरकारी जचदकत्सा अजधकारी या बोडड द्वारा प्राजधकृत दकसी सरकारी उपक्रम के जचदकत्सा अजधकारी द्वारा जचदकत्सा िांच कराना आवश्यक िोगा ।

2. Deputation Note:
