Section 12: (1) एजᱶसी इसके ᳞ावसाियक सद᭭यᲂ का रिज᭭टर रखेगी िजसमᱶ िन᳜िलिखत सि᭥मिलत हᲂगे

(क) नाम, (ख) पहचान का ᮧमाण, (ग) संपकᭅ िववरण, (घ) पता, (ड़) नामांकन तारीख और ᳞ावसाियक सद᭭यता सं᭎या, (च) बोडᭅ मᱶ रिज᭭ᮝीकरण कᳱ तारीख और रिज᭭ᮝीकरण सं᭎या, 6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4] (छ) एजᱶसी या बोडᭅ के पास उसके िवᱧ᳍ लंिबत िशकायतᲂ का िववरण, (ज) एजᱶसी या बोडᭅ के पास उसके िवᱧ᳍ लंिबत अनुशासना᭜मक कारᭅवाइयᲂ का िववरण, और (झ) एजᱶसी या बोडᭅ कᳱ अऩुशासन सिमित के ᳇ारा उसके िवᱧ᳍ पाᳯरत आदेशᲂ का िववरण।

(2) ᳞ावसाियक सद᭭यᲂ से संबंिधत ᳯरकॉडᭅ िन᳜िलिखत को िनरीᭃण के िलए उपल᭣ध कराया जाएगा – (क) बोडᭅ, (ख) िनणाᭅयक ᮧािधकरण, (ग) लेनदार सिमित को कारपोरेट ᳰदवाला संक᭨प ᮧᳰᮓया मᱶ, यᳰद ᳞ावसाियक सद᭭यᲂ को अंतᳯरम संक᭨प ᳞ावसाियक के ᱨप मᱶ िनयुᲦ ᳰकया गया ह,ै या (घ) कोई अ᭠य ᳞िᲦ िजसन ेऐसे िनरीᭃण के िलए सद᭭य कᳱ सहमित ᮧा᳙ कर ली ह।ै VII . सद᭭यᲂ के दािय᭜व
