- Section 2 (1) इन िविनयमनᲂ मᱶ जब तक संदभᭅ अ᭠यथा आव᭫यक न हो
- Section 4 (1) इन उप-िविधयᲂ मᱶ जब तक संदभᭅ अ᭠यथा अपेिᭃत न हो
- Section 8 (1) शासी बोडᭅ िन᳜िलिखत गᳯठत करेगा
- Section 12 (1) एजᱶसी इसके ᳞ावसाियक सद᭭यᲂ का रिज᭭टर रखेगी िजसमᱶ िन᳜िलिखत सि᭥मिलत हᲂगे
- Section 13 (1) एक ᳞ावसाियक सद᭭य अपने कायᲄ के िन᭬पादन मᱶ
- Section 20 एजᱶसी, बोडᭅ ᳇ारा िविन᳸द᳥ तरीके मᱶ बोडᭅ को िनगरानी के दौरान ᮧा᳙ सूचना कᳱ एक ᳯरपोटᭅ ᮧ᭭तुत करेगी, इसमᱶ िन᳜िलिखत से संबंिधत सूचना होगी
