Section 67: In section 58 of the Insurance Act, for sub-section (4), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely

69. In Part II A of the Insurance Act, for the heading Amendment ."INSURANCE ASSOCIATION OF INDIA, COUNCILS OF of heading.

THE ASSOCIATION AND COMMITTEES THEREOF" the following heading shall be substituted, namely:— "LIFE INSURANCE COUNCIL AND GENERAL INSURANCE COUNCIL AND COMMl'lTEES THEREOF.".

70. Sections 64A and 64B of the Insurance Act, shall be omitted.
