Section 6: Changes in deposits

When the form or amount of a deposit ischanged by reason of a subsequent deposit, a substitution or apayment under subsection (9) or subsection (10) of Sec. 7 of the Actor a sale or investment under sub-section (9-A) of the said section,the Bank shall, send a fresh certificate and a fresh statement of thenature, and in the manner, described in Cls. (a) and (b) to sub-rule(5) of rule 5.
