(2) के साथ पिठत अिखल भारतीय सेवाएं अिधिनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप धारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧदत् त शािᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते हुए, केन् ᮤ सरकार, "िसिᲥम" सरकार के परामशर् से भारतीय पुिलस सेवा (संवगर् पद संख् या का िनयतन) िविनयम, 1955 मᱶ आगे और संशोधन करने के िलए एतद᳇ारा िनम् निलिखत िविनयम बनाती ह,ै अथार्त्:-
1. (1) इन िविनयमᲂ को भारतीय पुिलस सवेा (संवगर् पद संख् या का िनयतन) चतुथर् सशंोधन िविनयम, 2017 कहा जाएगा।
(2) ये िविनयम शासकीय राजपᮢ मᱶ इनके ᮧकाशन की तारीख से ᮧवृत हᲂगे ।

10. 513 अ 16.06.10 MINISTRY OF PERSONNEL, PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSIONS (Department of Personnel and Training) New Delhi, the 27th June, 2017 NOTIFICATION G.S.R. 645(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Police Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Sikkim, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Police Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, namely:─
1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Indian Police Service (Fixation of cadre Strength) fourth Amendment Regulations, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Indian Police Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, in the Schedule, for the heading “Sikkim” and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely:─ “SIKKIM Senior Duty Posts under the State Government 18 Director General of Police, Sikkim 1 Additional Director General of Police- SB 1 Additional Director General of Police- CID & CP 1 Inspector General of Police, HQ 1 Inspector General of Police, Armed Police & Training 1 Inspector General of Police- Law & Order 1 Director, Sikkim Vigilance Police Force 1 Deputy Inspector General of Police- Spl.
