1. सजंिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम एक रूपया, दो रूपय,े पााँच रूपये, दस रूपय ेऔर बीस रूपये के जसक्का जनमायण जनयम, 2021 ह।ै
(2) य ेराजपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे।
2. जसक्कों का अदंकत मलू्य:- केन्द्द्रीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन जारी करने हतेु टकसाल में एक रूपया, दो रूपय,े पााँच रूपय,े दस रूपय ेऔर बीस रूपये मूल्यिगय के जसक्कों का जनमायण दकया जाएगा।
3. जसक्कों की जिमाएं और सरंचना:- जनयम 2 में उपयुयि अंदकत मलू्य के जसके्क जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और संरचना के अनुरूप होंग,े अथायत :- जसक्कों का मलू्यिगय आकृजत और बाह्य व्यास दााँतों की सखं्या धात ुसरंचना

4. जडज़ाइन:- जसक्कों का जडज़ाइन इन जनयमों की पहली अनुसूची मे जिजनर्ददष्ट दकए अनुसार होगा।
5. मानक िजन तथा अनमुत छूट :- उपयुयि अंदकत मूल्य के जसके्क का मानक िजन और ऐसे जसक्कों को बनाने में अनुमत छूट इन जनयमों की दसूरी अनुसूची में जिजनर्ददष्ट दकए अनुसार होगी। पहली अनसुचूी (जनयम 4 देखें) (क) एक रुपया:
(i) अग्रभाग:
जसके्क के मुख भाग पर अिोक स्ट्तंभ का ससह िीर्य होगा जजसके नीचे “सत्यमेि जयते” उत्कीर्थणत होगा, उसकी बाईं पररजध पर जहन्द्दी मे “भारत” िब्द और दाईं पररजध पर अगं्रेजी मे “INDIA” िब्द होगा।
(ii) पषृ्ठ भाग जसके्क के इस भाग पर मध्य में “ आज़ादी का अमतृ महोत्सि ” का आजधकाररक लोगो का जचत्र होगा। इस जचत्र के नीचे रूपये का प्रतीक “ ₹ “ अतंरायष्ट्रीय अंको में अंदकत मूल्य “1” के साथ दिायया होगा । जसके्क के ऊपरी पररजध पर अाँग्रेजी में “75TH YEAR OF INDEPENDENCE” जलखा होगा । जसके्क के बाईं पररजध के मध्य भाग पर अंतरायष्ट्रीय अंको में जसक्का ढलाई का िर्य भी दिायया जाएगा। [भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 3 (ख) दो रुपय:े

(1) (2) (3) (4) एक रुपया 3.09 ग्राम क्रोजमयम में 1/100िां जहस्ट्सा कम या अजधक अथायत क्रोजमयम की मात्रा 16% से 18 % तक का अंतर हो सकता ह ै। 1/25िां जहस्ट्सा कम या अजधक अथायत िज़न में 2.97 ग्राम से लेकर 3.21 ग्राम तक का अतंर हो सकता ह ै। दो रूपय े
4.07 ग्राम क्रोजमयम में 1/100िां जहस्ट्सा कम या अजधक अथायत क्रोजमयम की मात्रा 16% से 18 % तक का अंतर हो सकता ह ै। 1/25िां जहस्ट्सा कम या अजधक अथायत िज़न में 3.91 ग्राम से लेकर 4.23 ग्राम तक का अतंर हो सकता ह ै। पााँच रूपये 6.74 ग्राम तांबा और जस्ट्ता के जलए 1/100िां जहस्ट्सा कम या अजधक अथायत तांबे की मात्रा में 74% से 76 % तक का अतंर हो सकता ह ै तथा जस्ट्ते की मात्रा में 19 % से 21 % तक का अतंर हो सकता ह ैऔर जनकल जलए एिं 1/200िां जहस्ट्सा कम या अजधक अथायत जनकल की मात्रा में में 4.5 % से
5.5 % तक का अतंर हो सकता ह ै। 1/40िां जहस्ट्सा कम या अजधक अथायत िज़न में 6.57 ग्राम से लेकर 6.91 ग्राम तक का अतंर हो सकता ह ै। दस रूपये
7.74 ग्राम बाहरी िलय (जनकल ताबंा ) तांबा एिं जस्ट्ता दोनों के जलए 1/100िां जहस्ट्सा कम या अजधक अथायत तांबे की मात्रा में 74% से 76 % तक का अंतर हो सकता ह ै तथा जस्ट्ते की मात्रा में 19 % से 21% तक का अतंर एिं जनकल के जलए 1/200िां जहस्ट्सा कम या अजधक अथायत जनकल की मात्रा में 4.5 % से 5.5 % तक का अंतर हो सकता ह ै। मध्य भाग (जनकल-चााँदी ) तांबा एिं जस्ट्ता दोनों के जलए1/100िां जहस्ट्सा कम या अजधक अथायत तांबे की मात्रा में 64% से 66 % तक का अंतर हो सकता ह ै तथा जस्ट्ते की मात्रा में 14 % से 16 % तक का अंतर हो सकता ह ैऔर जनकल के जलए 1/100िां जहस्ट्सा कम या अजधक अथायत जनकल की मात्रा में 19 % से 21 % तक का अंतर हो सकता ह ै। 1/40िां जहस्ट्सा कम या अजधक अथायत िज़न में 7.55 ग्राम से लेकर 7.93 ग्राम तक का अतंर हो सकता ह ै। बीस रूपये 8.54 ग्राम बाहरी िलय (जनकल चााँदी) तांबा एिं जस्ट्ता दोनों के जलए 1/100िां जहस्ट्सा कम या अजधक अथायत तांबे की मात्रा में 64% से 66 % तथा जस्ट्ते की मात्रा में 14 % से 16 % तक का अंतर हो सकता ह ैऔर जनकल के जलए 1/100िां 1/40िां जहस्ट्सा कम या अजधक अथायत िज़न में 8.33 ग्राम से लेकर 8.75 ग्राम तक का अतंर हो सकता ह ै। [भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 5 जहस्ट्सा कम या अजधक अथायत जनकल की मात्रा में 19 % से 21 % तक का अंतर हो सकता ह ै। मध्य भाग (जनकल-पीतल ) तांबा एिं जस्ट्ता दोनों के जलए 1/100िां जहस्ट्सा कम या अजधक अथायत तांबे की मात्रा में 74% से 76 % तक का अंतर हो सकता ह ै तथा जस्ट्ते की मात्रा में 19 % से 21 % तक का अंतर एिं जनकल के जलए 1/200िां जहस्ट्सा कम या अजधक अथायत जनकल की मात्रा में 4.5 % से 5.5 % तक का अंतर हो सकता ह ै। [फा. सं. 02/06/2021-जसक्का] मनीर्ा जसन्द्हा, संयिु सजचि MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 8th November, 2021 G.S.R. 783(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section
(2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011 (11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage of One Rupee, Two Rupees, Five Rupees, Ten Rupees and Twenty Rupees Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Denomination of Coins.- The coins of One Rupee, Two Rupees, Five Rupees, Ten Rupees and Twenty Rupees shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of Central Government.
3. Dimensions and Composition of Coins.- The coins of the above denominations mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition namely:- Denomination of coins Shape and outside diameter Number of serrations Metal composition

4. Design.- The design of the coins shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these rules.
5. Standard Weight and Remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin of the above denomination and the remedy allowed in making of such coins shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules.

The face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar with the legend “सत्यमिे जयत”े inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Hindi and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English.
(ii) REVERSE:
The face of the coin shall bear image of official logo of “आज़ादी का अमृत महोत्सि” at the centre of coin. The Rupee symbol “₹” along with denominational value “1” in the international numeral shall be shown below the image of the logo. A text “75TH YEAR OF INDEPENDENCE” in English is written on top periphery of the coin. The year of minting in international numerals shall be shown on centre of left periphery of the coin.
(b) TWO RUPEES:
