Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Jammu and Kashmir Aerial Ropeways Act, 2002Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 12 of 2002

(1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Aerial Ropeways Act, 2002.

(2) It extends to the [whole of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir].

[(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette, appoint].
