Section 10-C: Construction in and around monument.

The Ancient Monuments Preservation Act, 1977 (1920 A.d. )Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 5 of 1920

No new construction shall be allowed in and around the prohibited area, as specified or declared under this Act :

Provided that the Government may, on the recommendation of the Director, Archaeology and in the public interest, create public amenities in the area.]
