Section 7: Vacancy of member owing to absence without permission.

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education Act, 1975Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 28 of 1975

If a member of the Board or any committee thereof during the term for which he has been nominated, absents himself without the permission of the Board or the committee, as the case may be, from three consecutive meetings thereof, his office shall thereupon be declared by the Chairman to be vacant.
