Section 6: Meetings of the Authority

The Jammu and Kashmir Bovine Breeding (Regulation of Production, Sale of Bovine Semen and Artificial Insemination Services) Act, 2018Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 51 of 2018

(1)The Authority shall meet at such time and place as the Registrar may determine in consultation with the Chairperson and shall observe such procedure with regard to the transaction of its business at such meetings, as may be prescribed.

(2) The quorum necessary for the transaction of business at a meeting shall be six members.
