Section 2: Definitions.

The Camping and Mooring Sites Act, 2004 (1947 A. D.)Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 12 of 2004

In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,––

(a) “camping site” means a site in a camping ground demarcated for pitching of tents ;

(b) “camping ground” means any area which has been specified for camping purposes ;

[(d) “Director” means Director Tourism Kashmir or Jammu].
