Section 6: Penalty.

The Camping and Mooring Sites Act, 2004 (1947 A. D.)Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 12 of 2004

Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or of the rules made thereunder shall, on conviction before a Magistrate, be liable to a fine not exceeding [rupees fifty thousand] and in the case of a continuing offence to a fine not exceeding rupees fifty for each day on which the offence continues after such conviction.
