[15. District Judges.–– [The Government of Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] shall on the recommendation of the High Court appoint as many persons as [the Government of Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] think necessary to be District Judges and shall post one such person to each district as District Judge of that District :
Provided that the same person may, if [the Government of Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] on the recommendation of the High Court think fit, be appointed to be District Judge of two or more districts].
