Section 17: Subordinate Judges.

[17. Subordinate Judges.–– [The Government of Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] may after consultation with the High Court fix the number of Subordinate Judges to be appointed and when there is a vacancy in that number, may appoint such person as is recommended by the High Court to the said vacancy.]
