Section 27: Suspension or removal.

The Civil Courts Act, 1977 (1920 A. D.)Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 66 of 1977

(1) Any District Judge may be suspended or removed from office by [the Government of Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] on the report of the High Court.

[(2) Any Subordinate Judge or Munisff may be suspended from office by the High Court subject to the confirmation of [the Government of Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] or removed from office by [the Government of Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] on the report of the High Court.]
