Section 63: Restriction on other transactions with non-member.

The Jammu and Kashmir Co-Operative Societies Act, 1989Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 10 of 1989

Save as is provided in sections 61 and 62 the transactions of a co-operative society with persons other than members shall be subject to restrictions if any, as may be prescribed :

[Provided that in case of a Co-operative Credit Structure Society, the transactions with persons other than members shall be as decided by its committee.]
