Section 22: Pension and provident Funds.

The Jammu and Kashmir Development Act, 1970Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 21 of 1970

(1) The Authority shall constitute for the benefit of its whole time paid members and of its officers and other employees in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by rules, such pension and provident funds as it may deem fit.

(2) Where any such pension or provident fund has been constituted, the Government may declare that the provisions of the [Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952)] shall apply to such funds as if it were a Government Provident Fund.
