Section 35: Payment of betterment charge.

The Jammu and Kashmir Development Act, 1970Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 21 of 1970

(1) The betterment charge levied under this Act shall be payable in such number of instalments and each instalment shall be payable at such time and in such manner as may be fixed by regulations made in this behalf.

(2) Any arrears of betterment charge shall be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue.
