Any person who, without the previous authorisation of the [Government of Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir], discloses or publishes any information with respect to any proceedings or with respect to any person proceeded against under section 3-A or section 3-B read with section 3-A of this Ordinance, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
