Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Enemy Agents Ordinance, 2005 (1948 A.d.)Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 8 of 1948

(1) This Ordinance may be called the Enemy Agents Ordinance, 2005.

(2) It extends to the whole of the [Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] and applies also to subjects and servants of the [Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] outside the [Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] wherever they may be.

(3) It shall come into force at once.
