Section 4: Form and validity period of the permit

(1) Every permit for operating a ferry boat shall be in Form ‘B’.

(2) Subject to the provisions of *[rule] 6 and *[rule] 7 permit granted or renewed shall be valid for a period of 2 years from the date of issue or renewal of such permit as the case may be.
