Section 6: Cancellation of permit on grounds of disease or disability

Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing paras, the Competent Authority may at any time, for sufficient reasons to be recorded in writing, cancel the permit, or may require, as a condition of continuing to hold such permit to the holder thereof, to furnish a fresh medical certificate as provided for in sub-para (6) of para 3.
