Section 14: Expenditure on the Force.

The Jammu and Kashmir Fire Force Act, 1967Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 22 of 1967

The entire expenditure in connection with the force shall be met out of the [Consolidated Fund of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] :

Provided that the Government may recover from any local authority of any area in which this Act is in force such contribution towards the cost of the portion of the Force maintained in the area as the Government may direct from time to time.
