Fiscal Policy Statements to be laid before the [Legislature of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir].The Government shall in each financial year lay before [Legislative Assembly of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir], the following statements of fiscal policy alongwith the budget, namely:

(a) the macroeconomic Framework Statement ;

(b) the Medium Term Fiscal Policy Statement ; and

(c) the Fiscal Policy Strategy statement.
