Section 12: Appeal.

The Jammu and Kashmir Governor’s Special Security Force Act, 2018Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 42 of 2018

(1) Any member of the Force aggrieved by an order under section 11 may, within thirty days from the date of such order, prefer an appeal to a Board to be constituted by the Government.

(2) The Board shall consist of such persons as may be prescribed.

(3) The decision of the Board shall be final and shall not be called in question in any court or tribunal.

(4) The Board shall have the power to regulate its own procedure.
