Section 24: Saving of certain orders.

The Jammu and Kashmir Habitual Offenders (Control and Reform) Act, 1956Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 11 of 1956

(1) Nothing in this Act shall empower any authority to pass an order under section 10 or section 11 of this Act in respect of a person against whom an order under [section 356 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974)] is in force.

(2) No Court shall be competent to pass an order under [section 356 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974)9563ic in regard to a person against whom any order under this Act is in force.
