Section 34: Duties of the Tribunal.

The Jammu and Kashmir Housing Board Act, 1976Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 7 of 1976

It shall be the duty of the Tribunal to—

(a) decide whether any compensation is payable under section 21;

(b) decide the amount of compensation in matters referred to it under section 22;

(c) decide disputes relating to betterment charges referred to it under section 28 ;

(d) decide disputes relating to the reconstitution of plots referred to it under section 32 and the amount of compensation to be awarded in consequence thereof ;

(e) decide such other matters as may be prescribed by rules made in this behalf.
