If a person fails to pay the Kahcharai dues, fine or penalty imposed under this Act within fifteen days of their falling due, a Kahcharai officer not lower than the rank of a Ranger may realise the same by sale of animals of the said person to the extent of the amount due. The sale proceeds shall be utilised to satisfy the demand after deducting the expenses of the sale therefrom.
