When Kahcharai due or charges which has been paid and of which repayment, wholly or in part, is claimed in consequence of the same having been paid through inadvertence, error, miscalculation or mis-construction, the claim shall not be entertained unless it is made within six months from the date of such payment and the amount involved is not less than a rupee.
