Section 15: Powers and duties of the Pro-Vice-Chancellor.

The Kashmir and Jammu Universities Act, 1969Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 24 of 1969

(1) Subject to the control of the Vice-Chancellor, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor of a University shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be assigned to him by the Vice-Chancellor.

(2) The Pro-Vice-Chancellor of a University shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes and the Regulations.
