Section 22: Powers of Board to alter schemes.

The Jammu and Kashmir Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1965Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 16 of 1965

The Board may, with the previous approval of the Commission, make any alteration in any scheme so long as the aggregate amount sanctioned for the scheme is not exceeded. A report of the alteration shall be sent to the Government in such form and within such time as may be prescribed.
