Section 3: Establishment and incorporation of Board.

The Jammu and Kashmir Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1965Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 16 of 1965

With effect from such date as the Government may, by notification, fix in this behalf, there shall be established a Board to be called the Jammu and Kashmir Khadi and Village Industries Board. It shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property and to contract and may, by the said name, sue and be sued.
